后室间支，亦称后降支PosteriorDescendingArtery-Suppliesoxygenatedbloodtotheinferiorwalloftheleftventricleandtheinferiorportionoftheseptum.
左冠状动脉LeftMainCoronaryArtery-Directsoxygenatedbloodtotheleftanteriordescendingarteryandtheleftcircumflex.
左前降支也称前室间支LeftAnteriorDescendingArtery-Suppliesoxygenatedbloodtotheanteriorportionoftheseptumaswellastothewallsoftheventriclesandtheleftatrium(frontregionoftheheart).
旋支LeftCircumflexArtery-Suppliesoxygenatedbloodtothewallsoftheventriclesandtheleftatrium(backregionoftheheart).
